Do you charge additional set up or printing fees? TOP
No. The price of the item includes printing. However, if you would like a return address printed on the envelopes, there is an extra fee of $0.20 per envelope.
How quickly will you complete my order? TOP
Typically within a few of days unless it is something I have to order (like wedding invitations or thermography stationery). If it is during a busy season like Christmas, it may take a week to complete your order.
If you need your order more quickly, just tell me and I'll make every effort to meet your needs.
Can I get matching calling cards with my note cards? TOP
If the item number begins with "MC" I can make calling card / note card matching sets. Just call or email me (901-821-0460 or jennifer@etcinvitations.com) if the item is not listed on the website.
How eco-friendly is your store? TOP
I recycle all scraps, boo-boos, samples, and shipping boxes (unless re-used). I recycle ink and toner cartridges. I also reuse cardboard boxes and other shipping materials such as peanuts, crumpled butcher paper and air pillows.
